  • Caffeine-free tisane — enjoy any time of day, guilt-free
  • 🌏 Rare in India — a unique exotic herbal tea experience
  • 🍵 Popular across Southeast Asia for taste and wellness benefits

How to Brew — Hot Brew (Recommended)

  1. Heat water to 85–90°C (never boiling — protect the delicate florals).
  2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of osmanthus flowers to your infuser or gaiwan.
  3. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Pour, inhale the fragrance, and sip slowly.

Gongfu Style (Advanced): Use a gaiwan with a higher leaf-to-water ratio and multiple short steeps (30–60 seconds each) to unlock layers of flavour. Read our blog for a full Gongfu brewing guide!

Cold Brew Option

Add flowers to cold water and refrigerate overnight for a refreshing, subtly sweet floral cold brew — perfect for summer evenings.

Best Time to Enjoy

Weekends, slow mornings, or any moment you want to truly savour something rare and beautiful with fellow tea enthusiasts.

Tea Pairing Suggestions

Pair with light shortbread biscuits, jasmine rice desserts, or simply enjoy on its own to let the osmanthus shine.
