How to Brew — Hot Brew

  1. Heat water to 90–95°C.
  2. Add 1–2 teaspoons to your infuser.
  3. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy as-is or with a drizzle of honey.

Cold Brew / Iced Tea

  1. Add 2.5 teaspoons to 500ml cold water.
  2. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours.
  3. Strain, pour over ice, and enjoy a gorgeous iced tea.

Mocktail Idea — Strawberry Fizz

Pour hot water (90?"95AC, not boiling)
Let it steep for 2?"3 minutes
Strain and add sugar/honey if needed

Iced Tea/Cocktail Base

Load with ice after brewing
Add sugar and lemon juice to taste
