How to Brew — Indian Boiling Style

  1. Add 1 heaped teaspoon to 150ml water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then add 100ml full-fat milk.
  3. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, strain, sweeten to taste, and serve.

How to Brew

Bring 150-200 ml mix of water & milk in the ratio 70:30 to boil
Steep 1-1.5 tsp of Masala Chai and boil for 3-5 minutes on low flame
