Tea Brewing Instructions

How to Brew

For Tea Bags

Insert tea bag in a cup & pour hot water (90°C, not boiling)
Steep for 2–3 minutes
Add sugar/honey if needed

For Whole Leaf

Take 1 heaped tsp (2g) of tea leaves in a cup/pot/infuser
Pour hot water (90–95°C, not boiling)
Let it steep for 2–3 minutes
Strain and add sugar/honey if needed

Iced Tea/Cocktail Base

Load with ice after brewing
Add sugar and lemon juice to taste
Fun Tip: Makes a great cocktail, mocktail, or iced tea.
