Our Founder's Story

Hitashi Karthik Sevlan, founder of The Vintage Hill Teas, discovered her passion for tea during her university years in 2003. Introduced to the beauty of flavors and traditions by a Persian roommate, she embarked on a journey that transformed curiosity into purpose.

Over the past two decades, she has traveled across tea-growing regions, conducted years of research, and crafted blends that bring together culture, memory, and wellness.
